Make changes with Copilot
Ask Copilot to make a change, and it prepares the change as a card for you to review. Nothing changes until you click Confirm. You need the Owner, Admin or Agency role on the project to make changes.
How confirming works
Ask for the change, for example "Add a persona for a CFO at a mid-sized logistics company."
Copilot shows a card with exactly what will change. For edits, it shows the old and the new value.
Click Confirm to apply the change, or Cancel to discard it.
After you confirm, the card shows what changed and a button that opens the result in a new tab, for example Open personas.
Good to know:
A card is valid for 10 minutes. After that, ask Copilot to prepare it again.
Only you can confirm your card, and only in the project it was prepared for.
If something changed in the meantime, for example a colleague edited the same persona, confirming fails and nothing is overwritten. Ask Copilot to prepare the change again.
Cards remember their state. When you reopen a conversation, confirmed and cancelled cards show their result instead of buttons.

Frequently asked questions
Copilot won't prepare my change
Your role on the project is Viewer. Viewers can ask questions but cannot make changes. Ask a project Owner, Admin or Agency member to make the change.
My card says the draft expired
Cards are valid for 10 minutes. Ask Copilot to prepare the change again, then confirm it.
Can an API key or my own AI agent make these changes?
No. These changes are only available in Copilot inside Ansehn, where a person confirms them. An API key can only update the status of content actions.
Does archiving a persona delete it?
No. The persona and its history stay in your project. Its buying-simulation schedules stop running.
