Invite Users

Invite team members to your Ansehn organization to collaborate on monitoring your websites and share those dashboards and recommendations with others in your company.

Who can use this feature?
  • You must be an Owner or Admin to invite users
  • Admins can only invite Agency and Viewer roles
  • Owners can invite Admin, Agency, and Viewer roles

About invitations

To add someone to your Ansehn organization, you'll need to invite them to join the org. When you invite someone to your Ansehn organization, they'll receive an email with an invitation link. To join the organization, the invitee just needs to click the invitation link in the email.

People will only become full members of your organization once they've accepted their invitation.

Invite users to join

  1. Click on Organization Settings in the main sidebar
  2. Click on Team in the updates sidebar
  3. Click on Invite Team Member
  4. Enter an email address
  5. Choose an initial role from the Organization Role dropdown
  6. For each project in this organization, assign a project-specific permission role.
  7. Click Send Invitation
  8. The invited users will receive emails inviting them to the organization. They will need to accept the invitation before becoming a member of the organization.

Invitation Expiration

  • Invitations expire after 48 hours
  • Expired invitations can be resent from the team management page
  • Users receive secure, single-use invitation links
